Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer who will analyze line resources to support mass production and new product introductions, optimizing equipment, layout, and material flow across SMT and Warehouse operations.

Reporting to the Manager, Industrial Engineering, you will lead capacity planning, standard time validation, and line balancing; drive cross‑functional projects with Facilities, Purchasing, and Production to improve productivity and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in electronics manufacturing, semiconductor manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong background in Industrial Engineering principles, capacity planning, process optimization, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead capacity planning and resource analysis to support production demand and capacity expansion.
• Lead product transfer, line setup, and facility layout activities for new and existing production lines.
• Perform standard time studies, validation, and updates for SMT and Warehouse operations, and conduct line balancing analysis.
• Analyze workflow processes and perform Value Stream Mapping to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
