Job Description

We are looking for proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Associates to grow the sales pipeline by identifying and connecting with potential clients. The role focuses on generating quality leads for memorial (pre‑need) plans through online and offline channels. That’s various online platform, database and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential client leads through various online platforms, database, referrals and outreach activities
• Conduct initial outreach (chat, call, or in‑person) and create appointments and schedules for presentations and client follow‑ups.
• Qualify prospects based on needs, challenges and readings to engage.
• Meet activity targets and maintain prospects databases and tracking sheets for review.
• Meet daily and weekly lead generation targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to hand‑off warm leads for targeting.
• Creating prospects list that average 40 legitimately verified contacts per workday.
• Create and schedule 10 sales presentation opportunities weekly.
• Properly track and communicate your leads, sales prospects, and calendar of appointments for supervisor endorsements and review.
• Work effectively with the marketing team to identify, implement and evaluate sales strategies that lead to generation of sales opportunities.
