Job summary

cxperts is seeking a Learning & Development Coach in Iloilo, Philippines to drive leadership development, coach leaders, and build coaching capability across the organization. You will design and deliver programs, evaluate coaching quality, and partner with stakeholders to sustain standards.

The role emphasizes facilitation, feedback, and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to lead L&D projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in Learning & Development, Training, Leadership Development, or Organizational Development.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led training.
• Experience coaching supervisors, managers, or leaders.
• Experience evaluating coaching conversations or performance quality.
• Experience managing or contributing to business projects.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual leadership development programs.
• Deliver workshops on coaching, communication, feedback, EI, performance management, and leadership fundamentals.
• Ensure participants complete leadership certification requirements.
• Conduct follow-up sessions to reinforce learning and sustain change.
• Adapt facilitation techniques based on audience needs and objectives.
