Job summary

iQor (branded as iQor CXBPO™) in the Philippines seeks a Frontline Leadership Development Trainer to support onboarding and development of frontline leaders at the site. The role will facilitate leadership programs and use adult-learning techniques to promote skill growth, with ongoing coaching and feedback.

You will collaborate with the FLDM team to design programs, track progress, and align with companywide leadership initiatives, helping leaders translate training into performance

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver content to leaders in a call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate leadership programs using instructor-led, co-facilitation, and virtual classes.
• Use adult learning techniques to promote learning and skill improvement.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through observations and feedback.
• Observe huddle materials and generate insights for maximum impact together with readiness discussions.
• Project manage learning and development initiatives to ensure content effectiveness.
• Collaborate with site FLDM to design programs and drive behavioral change and performance improvements.
