Job summary

Genfinity in the Philippines is seeking a Lead HRIS Analyst to maintain and enhance the Workday HCM system, collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to automate processes and improve end-user experience. You will optimize system functionality through continuous improvements and guide others through problem solving in technical projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in an HR ERP system development role with enterprise software experience.
• At least 5 years in Workday HCM with multiple modules expertise.
• Proficient in Workday reporting, dashboards, and hubs.
• Strong knowledge of Workday security and business processes.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable Workday configurations.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday HR system administration, configuration, and design.
• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to gather requirements in Agile projects.
• Identify dependencies and mitigate impacts on processes.
• Design and develop custom Workday reports to meet needs.
• Configure and administer security per policies.
• Provide end-user support through the ticketing system and root cause analysis.
• Create and maintain documentation for changes and testing.
• Lead deliverables independently and guide others through problems.
• Support Workday release activities and deployments.
