Job summary

Manpower in the Philippines is seeking an HR Systems & Digital Experience professional focusing on Workday. You will manage global Workday modules, drive data-driven digital experience improvements, and align stakeholder requirements with system capabilities.

The role requires 2–4 years in digital experience analysis and HR systems, with strong Excel skills, project management, and excellent communication. Hybrid setup with 2–3 onsite days per month and an ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of digital experience analysis experience.
• 2–4 years of HR systems experience with Workday.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Workday Functional Support: Manage and support product/process design enhancements and defect management globally across key Workday modules.
• Digital Experience Strategy & Optimization: Develop, execute, and monitor data-driven digital experience strategies to align HR systems with organizational goals.
• Requirements & Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, global experience owners, and IT to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Process Improvement & Change Management: Lead continuous improvement for core HR systems and deliver change management communications.
