Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of water systems operations and maintenance.
• Knowledge of commercial operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure potable water quality according to standards.
• Maintain 24/7 water supply and NRW management.
• Lead water meter reading and billing processes.
• Respond to customer service tickets per SLA and maintain CSAT.
• Participate in budgeting, reporting, meetings, and LGU/government inspections.
