Qualifikationen

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and hold a valid Professional License (PRC Licensed Mechanical Engineer).
• Required skills: AutoCAD, STAAD, Mathcad, and engineering design software related to water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Must have at least eight (7) years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering design and support services, with demonstrated experience in water and wastewater pipe network design, analysis, and infrastructure projects.
• Experience in water, wastewater, and network infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Full-time position available.

Aufgaben

• Plans, develops and reviews mechanical designs for capex projects from type A to E, ensuring on-time, cost-efficient, quality-compliant delivery.
• Conducts site inspections to validate conditions before design development.
• Prepares calculations, drawings and optioneering to ensure compliant, efficient design before BOM.
• Prepares quantity take-off and basis for detailed cost estimates for budget approval.
• Prepares bidding documents during procurement stage.
• Evaluates contractor proposals by preparing technical evaluation reports.
• Reviews contractor designs and comments to ensure compliance with standards through all phases.
• Develops optioneering and ballpark estimates for concept design and cross-discipline integration.
