Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Structural or Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed Engineer with professional registration.
• 15+ years of total engineering and design experience.
• 10+ years in design management within water/wastewater projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary design team for water utilities.
• Oversee all technical outputs: drawings, calculations, reports.
• Interface with major water concessionaires and consultants.
• Coordinate cross-discipline design integration and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with codes and environmental regulations.
