COUNTRYWIDE WATER SERVICES, INC. (CWS) in Santo Tomas, Batangas invites a probationary engineer to supervise water quality, compliance with PNSDW 2017, and daily operations to ensure continuous potable supply.
You will lead water meter reading and billing, coordinate maintenance activities and emergency repairs, manage customer service inquiries per SLA, and participate in reporting, budgeting, and LGU compliance to support reliable service delivery.
WORKING SCHEDULE: MONDAY-FRIDAY (8:00 AM - 5:48 PM)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. WATER QUALITY and WATER QUALITY COMPLIANCE
Ensure potable water quality standards according to PNSDW 2017 at all time.
Monthly water sampling for Microbiological test and Twice a year (January and July) Phy-Chem Test.
Monthly application of Certificate of Potability.
Monthly posting of water test results and COPs in the shared folder.
Monitoring and scheduling of water tank cleaning, once or twice a year as required.
Maintain a 24/7 water supply within the project
Maintain a non-revenue water lower than 20% as required by NWRB
Coordinate any untoward incident that may cause water interruption.
Coordinate any scheduled or unscheduled activity that may affect the water supply.
To lead on any minor and major emergency pipeline repair and to all electro-mechanical concerns.
Daily monitoring of water levels in the storage tank(s), production volume, and electrical readings on the controls.
To lead in basic leak detection and immediate repair.
To initiate NRW Management planning to reduce NRW.
In-charge of meter replacement process whether defective meters or meter replacement program.
Maintain inventory of materials for meter installation/replacement, water distribution line repairs, and other pipeline repairs.
3. METER READING AND BILLING
To lead in the water meter reading and billing process.
To monitor the meter reading process using the program / application provided.
In-charge of assigning personnel to do the meter reading.
In-charge in securing and assigning the needed gadgets for meter reading.
4. CUSTOMER SERVICE
Response to customer service complaint tickets according to SLA's.
Maintain a passing CSAT score.
5. ADMINISTRATIVE
Participate in all company related activities and trainings as required.
Regular submission of reports required by your role.
Participate in the annual budget planning.
Attend to meetings, hearings, seminars, and inspection required by LGU and government agencies, and other entries.
Prepare any necessary documents pertaining to payment for electricity, bulk supply, contractors' billings that are related to project activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any Engineering course, preferably Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Sanitary Engineering.
Preferably a Licensed Engineer.
With relevant experience or background in water systems operations and maintenance.
With 3–5 years of relevant experience in water systems operations and maintenance.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
