Job summary

AECOM Philippines is seeking a senior water resources modeller to lead and deliver water distribution modelling projects, from asset audit through calibration and submission. You will own the technical workflow and guide the team across concurrent commissions.

You will manage a Philippines team, set technical standards and provide coaching, while coordinating with UK/Ireland/Australia/NZ offices, conducting client workshops, and ensuring QA/QC across engagements.

Qualifications

Typically 10+ years of experience in water supply or water distribution network hydraulic modelling.
Experience delivering water utility projects across international markets; UK/Ireland/Australia/NZ exposure preferred.
Hands-on delivery of full model build and calibration lifecycles.
Strong hydraulic fundamentals: headloss, pressure, storage and calibration logic.
Proven competence in a recognised network modelling platform and client-facing work.

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on technical delivery of water distribution modelling projects from asset audit to final calibrated model submission.
Own the full technical workflow including field test planning, data cleansing, demand analysis and model calibration.
Act as line manager for the Philippines water supply modelling team; set objectives, review performance and guide progression.
Provide technical direction, coaching and development to senior engineers, engineers and graduates.
Establish standard workflows, QA/QC checks, and documentation to support audits and governance.
Coordinate with lead offices in the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand and present findings to clients.
