Job summary

COUNTRYWIDE WATER SERVICES, INC. (CWS) in Santo Tomas, Batangas invites a probationary engineer to supervise water quality, compliance with PNSDW 2017, and daily operations to ensure continuous potable supply.

You will lead water meter reading and billing, coordinate maintenance activities and emergency repairs, manage customer service inquiries per SLA, and participate in reporting, budgeting, and LGU compliance to support reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or Sanitary engineering.
• Preferably licensed engineer.
• 3–5 years of relevant water systems ops & maintenance experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure potable water quality and compliance with standards.
• Oversee water sampling, COP posting, and NRW management.
• Lead meter reading and billing processes.
• Deliver responsive customer service and meet SLA targets.
• Handle administrative tasks including reports, budgeting, and LGU compliance.
