Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources, Hydrology or a related discipline.
• Master's degree or equivalent advanced training in hydraulics, water resources or environmental engineering is advantageous.
• Extensive experience in wastewater network modelling within consultancy, utility or infrastructure environments.
• Excellent English communication and technical report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, calibration and verification of wastewater network models using InfoWorks ICM or similar platforms.
• Act as technical lead or senior reviewer on major modelling projects and programmes.
• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance across multiple projects, ensuring models are robust and traceable.
• Guide strategic planning for storm overflow reduction, network resilience, growth assessment, and pollution reduction initiatives.
• Mentor junior, senior, and specialist modelling staff and develop workflows and quality standards.
