AECOM Philippines is seeking an experienced water distribution modelling leader to guide our team in Manila. You will own the full technical workflow, from field test planning and data cleansing to model calibration, validation and final client-ready submission, delivering robust solutions for potable networks.

The role requires 10+ years in water hydraulics, hands-on delivery of complete modelling lifecycles, strong client-facing skills, and proven leadership across remote and on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental & Sanitary or Water Resources Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in water distribution modelling.
• Hands-on delivery of full model build and calibration lifecycles.
• Experience leading a delivery team and coordinating with remote offices.
• Strong hydraulic fundamentals and QA/QC standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead and deliver water distribution model build, calibration and maintenance projects from asset audit to final submission.
• Own the full technical workflow: field test planning, data cleansing, demand analysis, headloss, flow and reservoir balances, calibration and scenario development.
• Undertake network capacity, growth assessments, DMA design and level-of-service analysis against client criteria.
• Develop and appraise engineering options and provide evidence-based client recommendations.
• Act as primary technical contact between the Philippines team and lead offices in UK, Ireland, Australia and NZ.
