Job summary

Arcadis Philippines seeks a Principal Engineer - Wastewater to lead the development of wastewater models and manage key project aspects. You will work with the UK modelling team and clients to expand Arcadis' project portfolio and guide a growing modelling team in GEC-Philippines.

Qualifications

• 11-14 years of experience in water resources/civil engineering.
• Advanced expertise in hydraulic modelling for wastewater projects.
• Proficient in team and stakeholder coordination.
• Chartered membership with ICE or CIWEM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver wastewater modelling projects and manage tasks of various scales.
• Oversee model build, verification of sewer networks, and survey planning.
• Provide technical support to designers at concept and detailed design stages.
• Review and enhance technical reports and presentations to high standards.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaborative work environment.
• Assist with bids including narratives, cost estimates and programmes.
• Coordinate project elements, ensuring QA and client feedback alignment.
