Job summary
AECOM in the Philippines is seeking a senior water modelling expert to lead the team's delivery of potable water distribution models, calibrations, and assessments, with night shift and three days onsite. Qualifications
- Typically 10+ years of experience in water distribution modelling.
- Experience delivering water utility projects in international markets.
- Hands-on delivery of full model build and calibration lifecycles.
- Strong hydraulic fundamentals and calibration logic.
- Proven competence in a recognised network modelling platform.
- Experience leading a delivery team and client-facing work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental & Water Resources Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver water distribution model build and calibration.
- Own the full technical workflow from data cleansing to model submission.
- Conduct capacity, growth, and level-of-service assessments.
- Develop and appraise engineering options and provide recommendations.
- Lead rehab, mains flushing, and asset renewal studies.
- Act as line manager for the Philippines water supply modelling team.
- Coordinate with UK/Ireland/Australia/NZ offices and clients.
