Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in warehouse operations or related field.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills with data-driven approach.
• Experience with KPI tracking and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
• Willing to be assigned in Mandaue, Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall warehouse operations and ensure SLA compliance.
• Strategically align warehouse operations with company policies and vision.
• Perform analytics to support strategic initiatives with market insights.
• Analyze costs, delivery/returns, forecasts, and feasibility.
• Oversee inbound, outbound, inventory, reverse logistics and maintenance.
• Manage warehouse cost and budget; produce regular reports.
