Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a capable Warehouse Operations Lead to manage daily inbound/outbound activities, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch in a fast-paced setting. You will drive SLA compliance, productivity, and quality benchmarks while leading a store team and coordinating with planning, dispatch, and transport teams.

Key duties include inventory control, cycle counts, safety compliance, and preparation of MIS reports on manpower, productivity, inventory, and cost.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse/Retail/Dark store operations.
• Good leadership and team handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent coordination and communication in English and Tagalog.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing & dispatch.
• Ensure SLA adherence, productivity & quality benchmarks.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts & shrinkage control.
• Lead, train & manage the store team.
• Coordinate with planning, dispatch & transport teams.
• Ensure safety, hygiene & statutory compliance.
• Handle escalations and peak volume operations.
• Maintain MIS reports (manpower, productivity, inventory, cost).
