Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, including inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch in Metro Manila. You will drive SLA adherence, productivity and quality benchmarks while monitoring inventory accuracy and shrinkage.

The role requires strong leadership, coordination and communication in English and Tagalog, plus solid Excel and WMS skills. Immediate joiners are preferred to sustain fast-paced operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Warehouse/Retail/Dark store operations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coordination and communication in English and Tagalog.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, WMS, and email.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing & dispatch
• Ensure SLA adherence, productivity & quality benchmarks
• Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts & shrinkage control
• Lead, train & manage the store team.
• Coordinate with planning, dispatch & transport teams
• Ensure safety, hygiene & statutory compliance
• Handle escalations and peak volume operations
• Maintain MIS reports (manpower, productivity, inventory, cost)
