Job summary

Aumtrend Ph Inc. in Manila region seeks an experienced Lead, Transition to drive global transitions and knowledge transfer.

You will oversee readiness assessments, cutover coordination, and post-go-live stabilization while managing risks and stakeholder communications for a smooth transition to GCC or global shared services. Role requires 5+ years in transitions within global/captive environments, KT proficiency, and strong documentation discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years experience supporting transitions, migrations, or shared services within global/captive GBS/GCC.
• Hands-on KT, shadowing, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead KT activities including shadowing, reverse shadowing, proficiency assessments, and readiness sign-offs.
• Review and validate SOPs, process maps, work instructions, and control documentation for accuracy and audit readiness.
• Coordinate cutover planning, access readiness, deployment activities, and go-live with US teams and global stakeholders.
• Manage post-go-live hyper-care, issue triage, defect tracking, escalations, and stabilization.
• Identify and manage transition risks, issues, dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation.
• Prepare transition status reports, readiness dashboards, and governance updates for stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and enhancing playbooks, standards, and processes.

Lead, Transition

Shift: Mid to night shift (3 PM - 12 AM)

Location: BGC, Taguig

Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home (First 3 months will be fully onsite for training)

Leads the execution of global transitions and knowledge transfer activities, ensuring receiving teams are fully prepared for go-live. Oversees process documentation validation, readiness assessments, cutover coordination, and post-go-live stabilization while managing risks, issues, and stakeholder communications to ensure a smooth transition to global shared services or GCC operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead knowledge transfer activities, including shadowing, reverse shadowing, proficiency assessments, and readiness sign-offs.
• Review and validate SOPs, process maps, work instructions, and control documentation for accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate cutover planning, access readiness, deployment activities, and go-live execution with US teams and global stakeholders.
• Manage post-go-live hyper-care, issue triage, defect tracking, escalations, and stabilization activities.
• Identify and manage transition risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation.
• Prepare transition status reports, readiness dashboards, and governance updates for stakeholders and leadership.
