Cotiviti Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Leader – Training Team to guide a diverse group of clinical and non-clinical trainers. You will drive training program development, delivery, and instructional design to support high-performance learning across the organization.

The role emphasizes coaching, KPI tracking, collaboration with SMEs, QA, HR, and operations, and ongoing modernization of learning content, with a focus on compliance and healthcare standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (PHRN, USRN) or equivalent in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of trainers to deliver high-quality training programs.
• Oversee design, development, and implementation of training materials and e-learning modules.
• Ensure training programs meet compliance and industry standards.
• Conduct training needs analysis with department heads to identify skill gaps and design targeted learning solutions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure training effectiveness and knowledge retention.
• Facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions and coach trainers to improve performance.
• Collaborate with SMEs, QA, HR, and operations to align training with business goals.
• Support onboarding and refresher training for staff.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and learning methodologies.
• Manage training schedules, documentation, and audit-ready reports.
• Coordinate mapping of client requirements with process transitions per guidelines.
• Interact with stakeholders for material updates and future class changes.
• Conduct training effectiveness analyses and revisions to materials.
• Conduct trainings and track progress throughout the year.
• Reassess unsuccessful candidates for redeployment into other processes.
• Create modules per SLA and business requirements.
• Document trainee performance and circulate to stakeholders for evaluation.
