Qualifications

• Active PHRN license
• 5+ years training experience in Clinical healthcare BPO
• Strong knowledge of payer operations and clinical workflows
• Familiarity with InterQual, MGC, LCD and NCD guidelines
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

Responsibilities

• Design and implement clinical training programs across payer, provider, utilization management and care management functions
• Lead onboarding, refresher, upskilling, and remediation training for clinical staff
• Mentor clinical trainers and subject matter experts
• Develop curricula for utilization management, care management, prior authorization, appeals and quality review
• Ensure training reflects CMS/NCQA/URAC guidelines and client-specific requirements
• Track training effectiveness and impact on quality scores and compliance
• Collaborate with Quality, Compliance and Operations to update content
• Support client implementations and new program launches with tailored training solutions
• Align training delivery with SLAs and client expectations
