Job summary

Ambu is seeking a Territory Manager for Endoscopy - Respiratory in the Philippines. You will drive revenue by promoting Ambu Endoscopy products within the assigned regional territory and expanding utilization in current accounts.

Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, converting new and competitive accounts, and building strong stakeholder relationships across clinical settings. A results-driven, entrepreneurial attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of applicable sales experience. Medical device experience preferred.
• Experience with selling in a complex sales environment (multiple decision makers).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated sales success in previous roles.
• Self-starter with urgency to grow business.
• Ability to grasp new and complex information.
• Strong business acumen: planning, analytics, presenting, follow up.
• Must model Ambu values at all times.
• Must live within assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must meet healthcare vendor credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Call on accounts in assigned territory to promote and sell Ambu Respiratory Endoscopy products
• Manage a sales pipeline to maximize revenue and achieve targets; use CRM daily
• Demonstrate expertise in the Ambu sales process to move opportunities to close
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders across clinical settings
• Collaborate with internal departments to drive business growth and partnerships
• Grow business through case coverage in ORs, ICUs, Endoscopy Labs and other departments
• Demonstrate proficiency in Health Economic Impact Reports and cost calculators
• Collaborate with counterparts from all Ambu units
• Travel daily in territory to client locations
