Job summary

Advanced Energy in the Philippines seeks a Test Engineer to support test activities for power supplies, promote best practices, and supervise Technicians to ensure testing requirements are met. This role reports to the Test Engineering Manager.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams on quality issues, prepare test documentation, and assist in audits, capacity expansion, and product transfers. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in test engineering with strong digital/analog

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years in process or equipment test engineering.
• Strong digital and analog electronics background.
• Experience preparing test reports and documentation.
• Ability to read schematics and test programming.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of test setup issues for customer and in-process concerns.
• Act as focal point for customer audits, complaints, and queries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues.
• Conduct performance reviews and drive root-cause analyses.
• Support product transfers and capacity expansion with test deliverables.
• Drive initiatives aligned with KPIs, ECOs and design issue resolution.
• Ensure test personnel stay updated with current technologies.
