Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Test Engineering team to meet targets.
• Drive test yield improvements and productivity across manufacturing.
• Oversee NPI, characterization, and production release activities.
• Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of test-related issues.
• Develop and improve test methods, processes, and documentation.
• Collaborate with operations, product engineering, quality, and customers.
