Job summary

Littelfuse Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced engineer to provide technical support on processes, design and quality measures for a specific product.

The role involves coordinating with multiple departments, leading sample production, and ensuring quality requirements are met. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, has 4+ years in electronics/automotive manufacturing, and is proficient in statistics (Minitab) with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• At least 4 years of work experience in electronics/automotive manufacturing.
• Technical knowledge is preferred.
• Material science knowledge is preferred.
• Proficient with statistical tools and software such as Minitab.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provides design input, validation plan, prototypes/testing, ERN, ECO, drawings, datasheet and FMEA updates.
• Ensures proper documentation of technical documents for the assigned product.
• Leads sample production of new products.
• Follows up on actions, PCN, deviations with relevant departments to gather data.
• Coordinates preparation and distribution of CCR.
• Coordinates with suppliers as technical liaison.
• Coordinates with relevant departments on testing, process and yield improvement.
• Participates, coordinates and ensures completion of quality-related requirements of a product.
