Job summary

Advanced Energy in the Philippines seeks a Senior Manager of Test Engineering to lead global test technology strategy for AI Power Supply and Plasma Power products. The role drives ICT, FCT, burn-in and reliability testing, partnering with R&D and manufacturing to standardize platforms and improve yield.

This onsite position reports to the Director of Test Engineering. The candidate will lead global teams, develop analytics dashboards, and implement AI-driven testing to optimize performance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing test engineering.
• 5+ years leading global test technology initiatives and teams.
• Proven expertise in AI Power Supplies, Plasma Power Systems, ICT, FCT, Burn-In and reliability testing.
• Willing to work full-time onsite at Sta. Rosa, Laguna or Rosario, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global manufacturing test technology roadmap.
• Lead AI power and plasma testing strategies across products.
• Drive ICT/DFT coverage enhancements across analog, digital, power and communication circuits.
• Lead burn-in strategies and reliability engineering initiatives.
• Oversee RF plasma power testing and reliability improvements.
• Leverage AI-driven analytics for yield, fault isolation and predictive maintenance.
