Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of product development experience with leadership.
• Experience in test, validation, and manufacturing readiness.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing engineering team across product development.
• Define and execute development and manufacturing readiness strategies.
• Lead silicon validation and production test solution efforts.
• Resolve complex technical and manufacturing challenges via data-driven analysis.
• Manage priorities, resources, and schedules to meet milestones.
• Mentor engineering talent and foster innovation and technical excellence.
• Support global manufacturing to improve yield, quality, reliability, and time-to-market.
• Champion engineering best practices, automation and reusable solutions.
