Our Clients is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join its Talent Acquisition team in Metro Manila. This on-site role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for telecommunications, corporate, and specialized roles, with strong emphasis on sourcing, assessment, and timely hiring.

The ideal candidate has 4–6+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and attract qualified

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration or a related field.
4–6+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably with corporate and specialized roles.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing is required.

Responsabilités

Manage end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, portals, referrals and networks.
Source and attract qualified candidates for telecom, corporate and specialized roles.
Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and priorities.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
