Anthesis Group in the Philippines seeks a Team Lead for Sustainability Packaging to guide a multidisciplinary team delivering packaging solutions and EPR programs for a global client base.

You will manage project plans, budgets, and client relationships while mentoring junior staff and supporting business development efforts. Strong English communication and LCA knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in packaging, sustainability, or consulting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Understanding of packaging materials and applications.
• Knowledge of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for packaging.
• Experience with LCA tools and carbon accounting standards (preferred).
• Advanced analytical skills in Excel.
• Experience with SQL Server, Power BI, or NetSuite (a plus).
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and client relationships.
• Collaborative mindset for virtual, global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers delivering packaging solutions as a managed service
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently across diverse clients and technical areas
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and client relationships
• Ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Conduct research, data collection, and analysis; engage with stakeholders
• Produce high-quality reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making
• Perform data analysis to identify gaps and develop sound assumptions and methodologies
• Conduct landscape reviews, including analysis of competitor sustainability strategies and packaging regulations and EPR requirements
• Perform quantitative modelling, including packaging footprint assessments
• Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to capability building
• Support business development efforts with both new and existing clients
