Anthesis Group in the Philippines seeks a Team Lead - Sustainability Packaging to guide a focused team delivering packaging solutions and sustainability services for clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. You will drive data-driven insights and ensure high-quality deliverables across projects.

The role requires leadership, strong English communication, and expertise in packaging materials, LCA, and carbon accounting, with a collaborative approach across virtual global teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in packaging, sustainability, or consulting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of packaging materials and applications.
• Knowledge of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for packaging materials and systems.
• Experience with LCA tools and carbon accounting standards (preferred).
• Advanced analytical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with tools such as SQL Server, Power BI, or NetSuite (a plus).
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience in client management and/or business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers delivering packaging solutions as a managed service.
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently across diverse clients and technical areas.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and client relationships.
• Ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Conduct research, data collection, and analysis; engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Produce high-quality reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
• Perform data analysis to identify gaps and develop sound assumptions and methodologies.
• Conduct landscape reviews, including analysis of competitor sustainability strategies and packaging regulations.
• Perform quantitative modelling, including packaging footprint assessments.
• Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to capability building.
• Support business development efforts with both new and existing clients.
