Description

The Team Lead manages a team of professionals responsible for delivering high-quality digital solutions. This role involves overseeing scope execution, ensuring that technical and operational standards are met, and guiding team members in their development. The Team Lead coordinates cross-functional efforts, drives process improvements, and maintains client relationships to ensure successful project outcomes. They play a critical role in fostering a collaborative environment and implementing strategies to enhance team performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Project / Scope Management and Execution: Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects; ensure technical and operational standards; lead the team in managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Team Leadership and Development: Guide, mentor, and develop team members; foster a collaborative, high‑performance environment; provide feedback, conduct evaluations, support career development.
• Innovation and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization; implement changes; drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with best practices and industry standards.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships; understand needs; act as primary point of contact for communications and issue resolution.
• Cross‑Functional Coordination: Collaborate with IT and other support departments to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business goals.
• Team Resource Planning and Workforce Management: Allocate resources, track performance, optimize processes; support talent development; collaborate on workforce planning to match capabilities with future needs.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Chemical/Materials/Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical), Chemistry, Sustainability, Environmental Science or equivalent experience (minimum 1 year) specializing in Engineering – Chemical/Materials/Electrical/Electronic and Sustainability. A master’s degree in business administration or organizational leadership or a PMP certification will be an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance frameworks, including but not limited to ROHS, REACH, California Prop65, PFAS, TSCA, EPEAT, WEEE, ISO 14001 and waste compliance management.
• Extensive expertise in utilizing environmental reporting tools and compliance software, including ACS, SAP-ESHM, CMAP, CDX, IMDS, Alteryx, and others.
• 5+ years of experience in environmental compliance, regulatory affairs, or environmental management, with at least [2+] years in a senior role.
• Strong organizational skills, document management, audits, inspections, risk assessments, reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
