Job summary

CDC REALTY INC is hiring a Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of five years’ experience in property development and high-rise construction. The role covers cost control, contract administration, and tendering across multiple sites.

Candidates should hold a Civil Engineering degree, English communication skills, and be prepared for site supervision and turnover activities. PRC license is an advantage and willingness to work at several project locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Quantity Surveyor, Property Development, Real Estate and Construction Field is required for this position.
• Experience specializing in Engineering – (Mid to High Rise) in Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• With knowledge in Site Supervision, Project Management, Quantity Survey, Contract Management, Documentation, Bidding process, Claims and Variations Estimations, Tendering and Proposals.
• With experience in actual construction, implementation, finishing works, turn-over and punchlisting.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Must be willing to be assigned in multiple sites
• PRC License is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quantity surveying activities on civil/construction sites.
• Assist in contract management, tendering and proposals.
• Coordinate documentation, cost estimates, and variation orders.
• Ensure quality control during site supervision and turnover.
