Job summary

Pro-Excel Property Managers, Inc. is seeking a Building Maintenance Engineer to support the Building Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.

You will lead preventive maintenance, monitor energy usage, and coordinate with vendors, engineers, and residents to optimize performance of common areas. A licensed engineer with 1–2 years of experience in mixed-use centers is preferred, and strong budgeting and communication skills

Qualifications

Graduate of BS Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; Professional Engineer license preferred.
At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in building maintenance and operations.
Preferrably experience in mixed-use commercial centers.

Responsibilities

Oversee implementation of effective and consistent building/equipment preventive maintenance programs.
Assist Building Manager in monitoring safety programs to ensure safety of Residents and property.
Assist Building Manager in complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Oversee all engineering and technical concerns of the project.
Implement energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while monitoring utilities consumption of common areas.
