You will collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers, manage budgets, monitor progress, and uphold industry standards. A proven leadership record in elevator installations and willingness to travel within Luzon are required.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of elevator installation/related experience.
• 5+ years in managerial delivery of installation projects.
• Knowledge of elevator systems, components and standards.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Solid project management with multiple projects simultaneously.
• Budget management, cost control and resource allocation.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with technical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and digital tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Metro Manila and Luzon.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise elevator installation projects from inception through completion, ensuring timelines and budgets.
• Lead and manage installation teams, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify challenges and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors for seamless integration.
• Monitor progress and report on status, costs, and issues requiring escalation.
• Manage inventory and procurement of elevator components to optimize delivery.
• Investigate and resolve installation defects or customer complaints promptly.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure records are accessible.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and development of best practices.
