Job summary

ASCENTIS in the Philippines seeks a senior Project Manager to lead PMC delivery for multiple high-rise and large-scale developments, aligning strategies with client objectives, timelines, budgets, quality and ESG goals. You will drive stakeholder engagement and executive-level client communication throughout the project lifecycle.

You will oversee pre-construction and design management, budgeting, value engineering, tendering, procurement planning, design coordination, and advise on contracting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required.
• Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.
• 20+ years of experience in project management and construction leadership for high-rise real estate developments.
• Strong exposure to modern construction technologies and digital project delivery systems.
• Hands-on experience with BIM-based project delivery and integrated project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMC delivery for multiple high-rise and large-scale developments, aligning with client objectives, timelines, budgets, quality, and ESG goals.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and executive-level client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee pre-construction & design management: budgeting, value engineering, tendering, procurement planning, and design coordination.
• Drive adoption of BIM, Digital Twin, Modular/Prefabricated Construction, Lean practices, AI-enabled monitoring, and CDE platforms.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, productivity, and contractor performance; establish robust project controls and reporting.

• Lead PMCdelivery for multiple high-rise and large-scale developments. Drive project execution strategies aligned with client objectives, timelines,budgets, quality benchmarks, and ESG goals.
• Lead stakeholderengagement and executive-level client communication throughout the projectlifecycle.

Pre-Construction & Design Management

• Lead feasibilitystudies, budgeting, value engineering, tendering, procurement planning, anddesign coordination.
• Advise onproject delivery models, contracting strategies, and constructionmethodologies.
• Drive adoptionof modern construction technologies including BIM & Digital Twinintegration, Modular and Prefabricated Construction, Precast & SteelStructures, Lean Construction practices, AI-enabled project monitoring, andCommon Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
• Ensuremultidisciplinary design coordination and technical compliance across allstages.

Construction & Delivery Management

• Monitorconstruction progress, quality, safety, productivity, and contractorperformance.
• Establish robustproject controls, scheduling, cost monitoring, and reporting systems usingPrimavera P6, MS Project, Power BI, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, orequivalent tools.
• Lead issueresolution, escalation management, and decision-making during execution phases.
• Ensurecompliance with contractual obligations, statutory regulations, HSE standards,and operational procedures.

Commercial & ContractManagement

• Oversee tendermanagement, contract administration, variation management, claims, andcommercial risk mitigation.
• Provideexpertise in FIDIC contracts, dispute avoidance, and contractual negotiations.
  
• Manage projectfinancials including budgets, forecasting, billing, collections, andprofitability.
  
• Drive costoptimization and value engineering initiatives across projects.

Team & StakeholderLeadership

• Lead, mentor,and develop high-performing teams across locations and functions.
• Driveaccountability, performance management, succession planning, and capabilitydevelopment.
• Collaborate withHR on manpower planning, recruitment, and resource deployment.
• Build andmaintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors,authorities, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

§ Bachelor’sdegree in civil engineering. Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.

§ Minimum 20 yearsof experience in project management and construction leadership for high-riseor large-scale real estate developments.

§ Provenexperience leading pre-construction, design management, tendering, budgeting,and project execution functions.

§ Strong exposureto modern construction technologies and digital project delivery systems.

§ Hands-onexperience with BIM-based project delivery and integrated project controls.

§ Experiencemanaging large project teams and multiple concurrent projects.
