Responsibilities

Coordinate daily project activities and act as liaison among stakeholders.
Monitor schedules, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
Prepare and organize project documents, reports, contracts, permits, and records.
Assist in billing documents, progress reports, and other project requirements.
Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, and client specs.
Maintain communication with clients, consultants, and external agencies.
Prepare turnover documents and coordinate project closeout.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
