Job summary

ISTA Solutions in Makati is seeking an experienced Medical Scribes Team Lead. You will plan daily workflows, monitor productivity, audit scribe outputs, and coach the team to achieve high quality. You will also train new scribes and manage escalation while ensuring accurate medical documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of any medical course.
• At least 1 year of Team Lead / Supervisory experience on a healthcare account.
• 2 years of Medical Scribes experience (Live Scribing).
• Experience working with ECW software.
• Averaging 50–60 WPM.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Amenable to night shift.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily workflow and assignments for the scribes.
• Monitor productivity and chart targets; manage coverage and workload.
• Audit scribe documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Track quality trends and provide weekly reports.
• Conduct coaching and performance reviews; create improvement plans.
• Prepare weekly production and issue reports; provide leadership updates.
• Train and onboard new scribes; provide ongoing support and escalation.
• Scribe diagnostic results and convert them into report formats.
