Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or related engineering fields.

• 5+ years in HDD test systems, service, maintenance, or automation.
• Proven leadership of a team (≥3).
• Excellent English communication.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise the team to achieve operational goals.
• Develop and manage employee work plans and schedules.
• Oversee new machine installation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on HDD test systems and smart storage machines.
