Job summary

Teradyne in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and test mechanical systems from concept to production. You will create 3D models, detailed drawings, and perform FEA/CFD analyses to ensure performance, reliability, and safety.

You will lead projects, manage budgets and schedules, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions for manufacturing and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10+ years of mechanical design and development experience.
• Proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test mechanical systems from concept through production.
• Create 3D models, drawings, and schematics using SolidWorks and CAD tools.
• Perform FEA and CFD analyses to evaluate performance and safety.
• Lead projects, budget and schedule management, and coordinate with vendors.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews for quality assurance.
• Support manufacturing with troubleshooting and design-for-manufacturability.
• Collaborate with electrical, software, and project management teams.
