Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Typically 5–10+ years of experience in mechanical design and development.
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD).
Experience with engineering analysis tools such as FEA and CFD.
Strong project management including budgeting and scheduling.
Leadership and mentorship capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability and continuous learning mindset.

Responsibilities

Create 3D models, drawings, and schematics using SolidWorks.
Conduct FEA and CFD analyses to evaluate performance, reliability, and safety.
Manage all project stages, including budgeting and scheduling, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
Serve as a technical leader, mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews.
Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to manufacturing transfer.
Provide technical support to manufacturing and production teams.
Investigate failures and propose design improvements and cost-saving measures.
Collaborate with electrical, software, and PM teams and communicate updates to stakeholders.
