Job summary

HRTx Inc in Makati is seeking an experienced Transaction Advisory professional to lead due diligence, valuation, and advisory engagements for mergers and acquisitions. The role demands strong financial analysis and client-facing skills.

You will supervise teams, manage multiple engagements, and contribute to business development while working 3 days onsite and 2 days work-from-home in a hybrid setup. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Accountancy or Finance; CPA is an advantage, CFA

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA an advantage, CFA preferred.
At least 6 years of experience in transaction advisory, audit, corporate finance, or financial due diligence.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, valuation, and transaction advisory.
Proven leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Lead financial due diligence, business valuation, and transaction advisory engagements to support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
Evaluate financial and operational performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Manage client engagements by preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and recommendations while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Supervise, mentor, and develop team members by providing coaching, performance feedback, and timely delivery of quality work.
Support business development by contributing to proposals, client presentations, relationship management, and staying informed on market and regulatory developments.
