Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a senior professional to lead financial due diligence, valuation, and M&A engagements in a hybrid Makati setting. You will analyze earnings quality, working capital, and risk, while guiding clients through evaluation, negotiation, and integration phases.

The role requires 6+ years in transaction advisory or related fields, professional services experience, and strong knowledge of PFRS; IFRS exposure is a plus. CPA and CFA preferences may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy required; CPA is a plus; CFA preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of combined experience in transaction advisory, audit, financial due diligence, or corporate finance.
• Prior experience in a professional services firm, ideally in a Big Four or mid-tier advisory environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS); IFRS exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial due diligence, valuation, and M&A engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, including earnings quality, working capital, and risk assessments to support strategic decisions.
• Advise clients through the transaction lifecycle, from target evaluation and negotiation to integration and post-deal considerations.
• Prepare and present due diligence reports, client presentations, and transaction insights; support business development initiatives.
• Mentor and supervise team members, provide performance feedback, and foster professional development to ensure high-quality deliverables.
