Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in electronics or IT.
• At least 1 year of experience in a team leader/supervisor role.
• Proven laptop repair experience with board-level repair preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Experience in component-level and board-level repair, including soldering.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple repairs and meet turnaround times.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the repair technician team to meet targets.
• Assign jobs based on skill and workload.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, quality, and turnaround time.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Ensure repair procedures, safety, and quality standards are followed.
