Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role.

• Familiar with POS systems and inventory management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail setup.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and sales team performance.
• Lead, motivate, and coach staff to achieve sales targets.
