Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales leadership, supervisory, or management role.
• Proven leadership and coaching experience with a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of laptops, computer hardware, and laptop specifications.
• Experience selling laptops/electronics is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Set sales goals, monitor performance, and implement action plans to improve results.
• Provide regular coaching, training, and guidance to sales staff.
• Monitor inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Develop strategies to increase sales volume, revenue, and customer retention.
• Identify opportunities and develop approaches to maximize business potential.
