Job summary

Laptap Enterprises in the Philippines is seeking a highly analytical supervisor to lead laptop checking and production operations. You will manage a large team, ensure productivity, accuracy, and quality, and coordinate with the quality control team and OJT Coordinator for trainee oversight.

The ideal candidate has a degree in IT/engineering, strong hardware knowledge, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience, with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and inventory systems to drive daily targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, laptop specs, and troubleshooting.
• 2+ years supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory management systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Highly responsible, disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laptop receiving, counting, quality inspection, grading, and reformatting operations.
• Lead and supervise quality control personnel and oversee student trainees through the OJT Coordinator.
• Establish and monitor daily production targets, workloads, and turnaround times.
• Enforce workplace discipline, company policies, and performance standards.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts, proper documentation, and quality compliance.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.
• Evaluate employee productivity, provide guidance, and address performance concerns.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.
• Prepare accurate daily operational reports directly for the President.
