Job summary

Our Clients in Taguig is seeking a store supervisor to manage daily operations at our tech retail outlet. You will lead, train, and motivate sales personnel to meet targets, while ensuring excellent customer service and seamless store workflows.

The role requires knowledge of laptops and computer hardware, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to monitor inventory, POS transactions, and team performance to drive business results.

Qualifications

• College-level education or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in retail sales and store operations, preferably electronics/tech.
• Knowledge of laptops, computer hardware, accessories, POS systems, and inventory management procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and team management abilities, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficient workflows and consistent team productivity.
• Lead, train, and motivate sales personnel to achieve sales targets and meet overall business goals.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable laptops, computers, and technology-related products based on their requirements.
