You will partner with project managers, analysts and the Scrum Master to drive delivery, ensure code quality, mentor engineers and oversee system design, testing, and documentation to support migration activities and production operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' Java development experience.
• At least 3 years' experience as Lead Developer/Technical Lead.
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, and REST API design skills.
• Proficient in SQL databases and ORM frameworks.
• Experience with Scrum and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Understand CHAMP products thoroughly.
• Provide technical oversight and leadership to development teams.
• Manage software engineers and ensure compliance with standards.
• Oversee team skills development and career growth.
• Collaborate with Scrum Master and Product Owner on delivery.
• Translate design specs into code and adhere to standards.
• Participate in system migrations and support production systems.
• Prepare project documentation and status reports.
