Job summary

CHAMP Cargosystems is seeking an experienced Development Team Lead to join our team in the Philippines. The role reports to the Senior Development Team Lead and requires strong Java skills, ownership, and leadership to guide multiple engineers on CHAMP’s integrated solutions.

You will collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software, while promoting best practices in testing, design patterns, and DevOps within Agile SCRUM teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, CE or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Java development.
• At least 3 years’ experience as Lead Developer/Technical Lead.

Responsibilities

• Understand CHAMP products thoroughly.
• Lead development teams and provide technical oversight.
• Collaborate with PMs/BAs/TPs to ensure delivery against plans.
• Translate designs into code using CHAMP methodologies.
• Participate in system migrations and production support.
